Mark Broadfoot - Founder & Director | Engineering Talent Search
Mark Broadfoot brings more than 25 years of engineering recruitment experience, including internal recruitment leadership positions with Shell, Worley, Lyondell, and Enron.
Throughout his career, Mark has been hired to build, develop, and lead engineering recruitment teams supporting major engineering, energy, and industrial organizations. His experience includes serving as a Global Recruitment Director at Worley, where he led recruitment operations supporting engineering talent needs.
